Southwark Primary Free School, Ledbury Hall, Pencraig Way, London SE15 1SH

Client:  Education Funding Agency

This two phase Project included the provision of 6 no temporary classrooms for a two year hire, with a bespoke unit to be occupied by office staff.  Associated ground works include decking and artificial grassed areas.  Works also included refurbishment works to two local facilities: Ledbury Hall and Christ Church and the relocation of a log cabin to Pickhurst Academy.

Southwark Primary Free School is located in South East London. The six classrooms, comprising 3 double storey buildings and new bespoke office, provide a new learning centre for the school.  Each 72m2 classroom includes stores, toilets and a lobby area.

Phase one of the project was completed and handed over in December 2014, with Phase two completed on 20th February 2015.

The main elements of the works included the detailed design of the building and associated ground works.  The structure is designed and built to provide a sustainable building compliant with all current building regulations and education guidelines.

External decking, landscaping and artificial grass works provided a suitable entrance and play area for the Students.
