The Marketing Manager position is an exciting new role within Extraspace Solutions, reporting to our Sales Manager and working closely with our Leadership Team and various departments, to design, and drive the strategic marketing plan.

Develop and execute a marketing strategy in line with the businesses Strategic Plan
In consultation with the leadership team, develop and agree growth objectives, in line with the strategic and operational business goals
Liaise with key stakeholders around the business in order to ensure the successful implementation of growth objectives from our Strategic Plan
Providing feedback, reporting & market insights to the management team
Develop a monthly marketing dashboard for management of key performance indicators
Manage all external PR related activities and communications to ensure consistency of message throughout
Develop a digital customer engagement & promotional plan to utilise and maximise digital platforms and strengthen the customer engagement interface
Evaluate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to drive ROI, NI and UK
Take a lead role in the area of marketing communications and manage our Company LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and website/blog activity. Measure success of this activity monthly through metrics that mean success to the business.
SEO & management of all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
Develop the brand of the company to reflect its core values and enhance recognition amongst the target base
To take ownership of the company website and its future development
Assisting in business development activities and supporting documentation – including bid/tender credential documents, preparation of market research and briefing notes, supporting the identification of new business opportunities and relationships.
Development of marketing materials and managing external graphic design and print agencies
Third level Education in Business or Marketing related discipline
3-5 years plus experience in brand marketing role managing and developing and leading a brand
Experience working with Customer Marketing, Commercialisation
A career which demonstrates a thorough understanding of the drivers of growing brand
Strong planning, interpersonal and communication skills,
Creative, Media, Digital and Print Agency management experience
Self-motivating with an entrepreneurial spirit
Brand planning, Integrated Marketing Campaigns
Experience of briefing and liaising with agencies and external stakeholders
Managing and coordinating the creative and media planning process
Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work up down and across the organisation
Experience of CRM
Experience with updating and writing content for websites.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Construction industry experience
Knowledge and experience in ROI, NI and UK
