 Role

As a Site Manager you will be responsible for preparing sites prior to the commencement of construction work. This includes setting out the site and organising activities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, planning projects and ensuring that they meet agreed specifications budgets and timescales.

Responsibilities

  • Management of labour and subcontractors on site

  • Ensure that Health & Safety policies and procedures are strictly adhered to

  • Ordering of materials

  • Budget and variation management

  • Responsible for daily quality control inspections/recordings

  • Programming and generation of weekly work schedules

  • Project delivery on time and within budget

  • Completing relevant daily and weekly documentation in accordance with company policy

  • Carrying out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors

Requirements

  • Third level degree in construction or engineering discipline - with possible trade background also

  • 5 plus years site management experience delivering projects over €5 million

  • Proven track record of taking projects from conception to completion

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

  • Can do attitude with excellent people management skills
